It is a birthday of our former president Shri Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, who was a vice president and philospher and a highly respected teacher. It is celebrated for respecting to teachers . He was president of India since (1952-1962).

But in India it was celebrated on 5 September to mark the birthday of Former president Dr sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, he was a philosopher,teacher,and the Bharat ratan awardee, who born on 5 September in 1888.

when he become president in 1962 , his student wanted that it would be a special day and they approached him. He made a request of them to observe as a 'Teachers day' to celebrate the contribution of the teacher in a society. After that teachers day celebrated in every educational institution, students gift handmade card for their teacher and do various performances.

Students gives gifts and do various performances for their teachers to show their love. 
As per 2019, there was Covid pandemic results closing of schools and colleges and the celebration of teacher's took in virtual one. Their were online classes. Hence, the wishes and greetings are a perfect way to tell teacher's and show love and cherish them in virtual one. This is because teachers are the bedrock upon which any quality education is built and they are perhaps the few people in our lives who rejoice when we, their student, out to do them.

Today PM Modi gives greetings to all teachers fraternity on Teachers day and said that they always played the pivotal role in making the nuturing young minds. It is the commendable howteachers have innovated and ensured the education journey of students continuous in the covid 19 times and thanked them.

THIRD BATTLE OF PANIPAT   This battle took place in Panipat on 14 January 1761, at Panipat, about 60 miles north of Delhi between northern expeditionary force of the Maratha Empire and the king of Afghanistan, Ahmad Shah Durrani with two Indian Muslim allies-The Rohilla Afghans of the Doab, and Shuja-ud-Daula, the Nawab of Oudh.
